Introduction

Raymond is India’s one of the largest garment & lifestyle company with their fabric business having revenue of Rs 50,000 crores for the fiscal year 2022.

In 2022, Raymond Fine Fabrics wanted to bring a whole new approach to its gifting segment. They wanted to add the touch of personalization for an enriching gifting experience.

Challenge

Personalized gifting is something that isn’t new in the market. The challenge here was to make Raymond Fine fabric stand out from other players, while making sure that there is enough awareness about the new initiative in the market.

Creating the appropriate communication for the touchpoints of Raymond Fine Fabric Gifting. We gave a new look to the brand and made the most out of print communication.

Keeping the new initiative and the premium nature of the brand, we created a new visual identity for the brand which reflected in the new packaging offering multiple spaces for customers to customise the gifts as per their choice.
Raymond organises multiple trade shows where trade dealers & wholesalers attend and book their orders. We created various visuals and touchpoints to introduce this new offering.
We didn’t leave any stone unturned to promote the brand’s latest offering. We created an intro video and shared it on social media. The video also become means to spread the news through WhatsApp. We further pushed the awareness using tend cards, standees, and brochures in stores across India.
Since this was a new initiative, we knew that people would want to research everything about the brand its new initiative. We extended the new visual identity into the website design, so that it remains consistent with every other communication. The website included interactive media to make it engage, make their own gift boxes and at the same time created awareness for the audience.
