Ethnix’s New Collection needed new sales figures
Introduction
During the festive season of 2022, Ethnix wanted to become synonymous with Ethnic wear. They wanted to appeal the young audience and re-kindle the interest of their loyal consumers.
Challenge
Ethnix has a multi-faceted target consumer base which fits in the age bracket of 25-50. So, while we had to communicate the new collection launch, we also had to make sure that the message resonated with everyone in the target consumer segment.

A wide base of consumer base means that everyone’s way of consuming content is different, which is why we created a 360-degree cross platform campaign. This included:
Email marketing was our best option to reach out to the loyalists of the brand. The email allowed us to have a more personalised communication. Our well-crafted e-mails made readers feel that they were written for them which resulted in better engagement and click rates.
While we got the eyeballs from a large group of people through OOH, we couldn’t ignore the fact that the people of all ages engage with digital content over their mobile phones. Also, social media gave us the bandwidth to dwell deeper into what the collection is all about.

- Gift Vouchers – In several cases, ethnic wear is given as a gift to family and relatives. As an incentive to make a purchase, we designed gift voucher for Ethnix. Standees & Tent Cards in the stores were used to display offers.
- OOH Advertising – We wanted to maximise the reach of the announcement news of Ethnix’s new collection launch and because Ethnix caters to a large audience, we employed OOH advertising.
- Social Media Marketing – While we got the eyeballs from a large group of people through OOH, we couldn’t ignore the fact that the people of all ages engage with digital content over their mobile phones. Also, social media gave us the bandwidth to dwell deeper into what the collection is all about.
