How we got visibility to Raymond’s trade show

Introduction

Raymond Trade Show is a two day event where dealers, wholesalers and distributors from across the country meet and book order materials across different fashion collections. The collection in focus was the champions collections.

Solution

The champions collection was a fast and forward-looking fashion collection. For this reason, we created the digital and print communication with a futuristic look and feel.

An interesting futuristic approach was taken in making the digital communication using motion graphics and videos. The digital campaign received a lot of engagement and viewers left several appreciative comments.

The futuristic design language was extended into e-mails too. The e-mails generated a whole new level of curiosity as people felt that they are in for a unique look and feel of the event. The e-mail campaign was a roaring success as we received 1000+ confirmations through e-mails alone.

We created the designs for the stalls, standees, danglers, signage, and other visual merchandises to take the buying onto the next level. This ensured that distributors spent as much time as possible in the trade show premises.
